About Us

The Maddison McKenzie Agama Spencer Foundation (MMAS Foundation Ltd) was founded in 2012 and is a not-for-profit organisation, that consists of a support network of skilled and experienced professionals.

The journey began when Maddison was only 5 years old, after saving up his Christmas and birthday money, he donated it all to a homeless family in Luton. This family were victims of a fire in their home, all their possessions, plans and dreams had gone up in smoke.

Due to Maddison’s donation, they were given a second chance. The family were able to meet their needs for beds, bedding, clothing, school uniforms for the children and other basic supplies.

MMAS also advocated on the family’s behalf to ensure that they were provided with emergency accommodation and eventually rehoused.

One small act from a 5-year-old child, changed lives. MMAS continues to support families and children in need, especially those who lack basic amenities and clothing. It is the small things that matter.

The MMAS Foundation is made up of a support network of skilled and experienced professionals. We work closely with talented individuals who lack motivation, experience difficulty visualising their aspirations or setting and achieving their goals.

The MMAS Foundation process is centered around building self-confidence, helping with additional targeted education and focusing on personal development so that each participant feels empowered and confident. Our holistic approach is designed to develop these individuals toward locating and creating suitable, beneficial opportunities.

In order to support our participants to the fullest, our team genuinely values their participation, engagement and progression. We encourage them to not only learn, develop and refine their skills, but to build upon their own aspirations and dreams. To think beyond their current reality and truly make a difference in their lives. We help them to provide realistic and beneficial outcomes for themselves, their families and communities.

The MMAS Foundation is on a mission to help disadvantaged individuals to improve not only their lives but the lives of others. We believe that everyone deserves to live a life full of opportunities and growth. “Your present circumstances do not define your future” (Nido Qubein) and it is with a little help and the correct guidance, that anyone can ‘turn their life around’!

One of our main aims is to close the digital divide that exists today and ensure that the next wave of digital innovations include people with learning difficulties as a core consumer.
