Our clients journey
Supporting....
People aged 18+ with and without Learning Difficulties who are at risk of losing their tenancy, or need support to maintain their current tenancy and minimise risk of homelessness.
“With the help of my Personal Adviser I have managed to move into my new flat, get it furnished and settle in. She also helped me to learn new skills as I have never lived by myself before it was difficult and a little scary but I am happy now that I am here. I am learning a lot and am excited about some of the things we are going to do next.”
