Stress Awareness Month

April brings us the first of our awareness months.  A time to focus in on an element  that may effect us , our clients, friends  and families. To educate ourselves and be able to reach out  and use tools to support , help  and empower ourselves and those around us.

Stress is all around us – it can be positive if managed well BUT can quickly turn negative when out of control.

By making little changes  to our life’s we can significantly  improve our stress levels or how we deal with stress. 

We encourage you to focus on making manageable adjustments to your daily routine. While the impact of small actions on their own may seem little, the cumulative effects of these habits can end up being profound.   These tools can be used with our clients  to help them with the dally stresses that they may be experiencing.
